School Tour-Sack Lunches

Sack lunches must be pre-ordered one week prior to your field trip. You may reserve your lunches when you call to schedule your field trip.

When you call to reserve your lunches, we will need to know:

Name and contact numbers (school and cell phone) of the person handling the reservation.
We need to know the name of the school, date and time of your tour, each teachers last name and grade.
We'll need to know how many of each selection you will need, including how many juices, teas and waters
Method of payment

Tate Farms requires a deposit at the time of the reservation of one half total cost of the number of lunches reserved. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless Tate Farms cancels your tour due to inclement weather. Deposits must be received within 3 days of the reservation, and may be made by check, cash, or credit card. No purchase orders. Balance may be paid the day of your tour.

We must charge a 5.5% tax that is in addition to the prices shown. If you are a tax exempt school or organization, you must provide a copy of your tax exempt certificate at the time of your booking.
