Best known for our school tours, Tate Farms Cotton Pickin' Pumpkins is also open for Family Fun! We are currently closed and will re-open September 24, 2012.

And of course you can pick your own pumpkins from our huge, 60 acres of pumpkins and gourds of all kinds and varieties!

Inside, you'll also find our personal cookbook "Tate Farms, Friends and Family," featuring recipes from the Tate family, and our many friends, employees and family members--featuring old family favorites, and of course, lots of pumpkin recipes.
Enjoy great food and fun at The Barn Cafe. The cafe is open Monday-Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. We serve, cooked to order hamburgers, hotdogs, delicious grilled and fried chicken sandwiches, chicken fingers, and fries. Of course, we use our own pumpkins to prepare our great tasting homemade pumpkin pies!
The Barn Cafe offers a soup of the day, along with the southern favorite-pintos, cornbread, and a slice of onion.
We also have pumpkin slushies, pumpkin sippies, soft drinks, hot chocolates/ cappucino's and coffee.
On Saturdays, we offer country fair type foods such as funnel cakes, cotton candy, roasted corn, and specialty breads and desserts.
